Do you offer onsite IT support?

Remote support is our standard service because it resolves most issues faster and more reliably. We diagnose everything remotely first. Onsite support is available by exception only, and is quoted separately.

What is included in "Unlimited Remote Support"?

We cover all technical "Break/Fix" issues. If something stops working, crashes, gives an error, or you can't access a file, we fix it—unlimited.

Note: Teaching staff how to use software (e.g., "How do I do a VLOOKUP?") is considered Training, not Support, and is quoted separately.

What happens if we decide to leave?

We believe in clean breaks. With 30 days' notice, we cleanly uninstall our security agents, hand the Global Admin keys to your Microsoft environment directly to your new IT provider, and wish you the best. Your hardware and data are yours. No release fees.
