Remote support is our standard service because it resolves most issues faster and more reliably. Onsite support is available by request and quoted separately.

What if something needs to be done in person?

We always diagnose remotely first. If onsite work is required, we’ll explain why and provide a clear quote before proceeding.

Do you handle office moves?

We plan and manage IT moves remotely, including configuration and post move validation. Physical cabling and furniture moves are handled by licensed local contractors.

What counts toward the 30 minutes?

The included time is for resolving issues that stop work, such as errors, access problems, security alerts, or systems not working as expected.

Training, walkthroughs, and general “how do I…” requests fall outside the included support and are quoted separately.
